The Remote Assistance Program has been created to assist those customers with tight budgets and small staff. We provide remote assistance for the following products:
- Novell Identity Manager
- File System Factory
- eDirectory
- iManager
- Nsure Audit
- Others Available Upon Request
The Remote Assistance Program is not support but provides customers with the following assistance:
- Identity Manager policy creation and modifications
- Identity Manager upgrades, development of new drivers and deployment of new drivers
- eDirectory health checks, custom schema design and eDirectory design (such as Identity Vaults)
- File System Factory deployment/customizations and policy creation/modification
The Remote Assistance Program is available for purchase in blocks of time. Each block is 20 hours.
