Bill Guesman
President
Bill Guesman serves as President for Concensus Consulting, LLC. Prior to joining Concensus Consulting, LLC Bill served as Vice President of North American Sales for Tenacious Integration Services, Inc. and was successful in creating a sales organization that attained $2.7M in gross sales during its first year in operation.
Prior to Tenacious, Bill was East Region Director of Academic Sales for Novell, Inc. the leading provider of Information Solutions. From 1998 - 2003 Bill oversaw a $20M growth in Novell’s academic sales revenue in the East Region. Prior to Novell, Bill was the founder and president of Alternative Computer Systems, Inc., a national systems integrator exclusively serving six vertical software manufacturers providing solutions in the vision, medical practice management, hospital materials management, and accounting verticals.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Business/Office Administration with a minor in Accounting.
Don DaRe
President of Professional Services
Don DaRe serves as President of Professional Services for Concensus Consulting, LLC. Prior to joining Concensus Consulting, LLC Don was founder and president of IDMFactory, Inc., a consulting and integration services company with an emphasis on Identity Management and Security.
Prior to IDMFactory Don served as the Vice President of Services for Tenacious Integration Services, Inc. and successfully grew the professional services organization by 900% during his tenure.
Prior to Tenacious Don worked for Novell, Inc., the leading provider of Information Solutions, as a senior consultant providing classroom instruction for Novell Advanced Technical Training courses and in-depth knowledge about Identity Management/Security solutions.
Don has been working in the industry for over a decade and has experience with customers of all sizes from small K-12 schools to fortune 100 companies.
Don graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration.
Rich Corino
Vice President of Sales, North America
Rich Corino serves as the Vice President of Sales for North America at Concensus Consulting, LLC. “Rich brings to Concensus a great deal of experience” said Bill Guesman, President at Concensus.
Prior to joining Concensus Consulting, LLC Rich last served in a regional management role at Novell Inc., the leading provider of Information, Identity and open source solutions. Rich also has served in management roles at other well recognized organizations including the District Manager of Catapult Software Training (a subsidiary of IBM) and District Manager of EggHead Software for Mid-Atlantic Region (PA, OH, NJ, NY, DE).
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the School of Commerce and Finance, Villanova University.
Richard Matheson
Vice President of Software Development
Richard Matheson serves as the Vice President of Software Development at Concensus Consulting, LLC. “Richard brings a solid management and development track record from his days at Novell to Concensus” said Don DaRe, President at Concensus.
Prior to joining Concensus Consulting Richard held several positions at Novell. Richard served as Software Engineering Manager on the Novell Identity Manager team and has written several of the integration modules.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bringham Young University
